Barack Obama promised to have town hall meetings with John McCain. He then changed his mind?
Why?
The Obama campaign realized that when Obama speaks "off the cuff", he is prone to gaffs.
Everyone remembers Obama discussing rural white voters "clinging to their religion and guns".
Obama's instincts are left wing radical elitist.
When Russia invaded Georgia, Obama's statement asked both parties to disengage rather than condemning Russian aggression. A bit like asking the rapist and rapee to both desist.
Every time Obama opens his mouth in an unscripted moments he sticks his foot in it.
So now we know why the town hall meetings DIDN'T happened.
You may ask, what about news conferences? Isn't Obama asked questions by journalists?
These are the same journalists who according to a Rasmussen poll, most American's overwhelming expect to help Obama, and as usual the public is right. The press doesn't ask tough questions. They don't probe Obama's background. The main stream liberal press are Obama's lackey's. They hardly even pretend to be fair any longer. They have their hero and want to push him on the American public.
Its time for the American public to get involved.
Obama isn't ready ready to be president. He doesn't have the experience with only four years in high level office. He is also a liberal, elitist who doesn't believe in the goodness of this society. Michelle Obama's statement that the only time in her adult life that she was proud of our country was when she realized they might elect her husband as president is telling. Is is in the same vein as Barack's statement that we cling to our religion and guns.

Obama's campaign strategy is to win the election before the public really understands who Obama is and what he wants to do in office.
Its up to all of us to "tear the veil" off of this travesty!!
